So I've decided to invent some sort of spicy ground chicken salad, which I plan on eating with jalapeno peppers. some salad chopped up, a bit of cheese, spices and possibly red peppers, and possible a side dish of corn.

I think I am going to invent a sauce to cook my ground chicken in, let's see here..

So, i've added a bit of paprika, 1 tbsp of chili powder, some fresh cilantro, minced a clove of garlic and 1 chopped jalapinio pepper, and to top it off, i spooned 3 tbsp's of Medium Salsa and then i whisked it all together.

And Now to start cooking the ground chicken...in minced onions!

Okay, so once you cook the minced onions and chicken for like 2 minutes, add the mixture you made above and make sure its well spread out so that the taste cooks into the ground chicken. mmm.

While that's cooking, you can SLAP chop (haha) or break apart your lettuces into small pieces and put it in a bowl! ...BACK UP, I forgot to add a bit of franks in the chicken cookage mixture. Who the hell would eat chicken without franks red hot sauce! come on now!

When the chicken is nice and cooked, put it over the lettuce and then put the shredded cheese overtop, mix it all together, and you've got yourself a supper! DELICIOUS!
I think this properly concluded my Music and.... Cooking edition 1. This idea is my new love, and I will share my cooking and music treats with you whenever they happen!
